Berkembangnya sebuah usaha yang membuat produktivitas meningkat ialah tantangan dalam dunia bisnis, bukan hanya merupakan kesempatan untuk membuat bisnis semakin besar namun dibalik semua itu tantangan perusahaan akan ketepatan, kedisiplinan serta efisiensi produksi akan sangat diuji. Dengan menggunakan sistem manual tidak akan mudah untuk mendapatkan efisiensi yang diinginkan perusahaan karena ketepatan waktu serta informasi yang akurat tidak mudah didapatkan bila masih menggunakan metoda lama. Dengan terus bertambahnya programer di WGS yang bermula dari 4 menjadi lebih dari 100 programer kami mengumpulkan pengalaman bersama yang menjadikan WGS perusahaan yang mapan dalam teknologi dan terus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang ada.

WGS keeps needing talented resources to keep up with its growth. For our Outsourcing division alone, it is projected that we need around 75-100 more developers in 2012. ITHB, Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa, is a solid university that consistently churns out talented graduates. It simply makes sense to partner with them, thanks to our VP of HR, Feby Artandi, who leads this partnership initiatives.

We gather twice a year, in January and July. We usually went to a restaurant like Hanamasa, but now that our headcount has reached 100, and that we have a spacious new office, it makes more sense to hold this in our office, fourth floor, where it is still empty

After months of cramping more than 70 people at our Terusan Pasir Koja office, and 15 people each at our old offices at Flamboyan and Adimaja, we finally found a new great place to rent at Jln Karapitan no. 100. It is spacious, with 1200 square meter it alone can hold up to 150 people!
