WGS keeps needing talented resources to keep up with its growth. For our Outsourcing division alone, it is projected that we need around 75-100 more developers in 2012. ITHB, Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa, is a solid university that consistently churns out talented graduates. It simply makes sense to partner with them, thanks to our VP of HR, Feby Artandi, who leads this partnership initiatives.

We gather twice a year, in January and July. We usually went to a restaurant like Hanamasa, but now that our headcount has reached 100, and that we have a spacious new office, it makes more sense to hold this in our office, fourth floor, where it is still empty

Pernah kita bereksperimen untuk memberikan ‘kebebasan’ lebih kepada para karyawan produksi (programmer) untuk bekerja di rumah, atau untuk bekerja dengan jam kerja flexible.
Ada yang datang pagi, jam 7an, dan pulang jam 4an.
Ada yang datang siang, jam 11an, dan pulang jam 7an.

In this first blogpost of this year, again I want to raise the subject HR.
Success in our company is not only measured in revenue or profit growth, but also measured in how successful we are in HR.
