Transforming Corporate-Wide Search
The basic core function of Generative AI is search of course. It is possible to search for information across all systems, including Emails, Sharepoint, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce.com and Snowflake.
However, unlike other competitors in the market, Our Generative AI can do a lot more than just search. It is a work productivity platform, which means that the following are a list of use cases which are also possible on the platform due to its ability to use agents to mirror common business processes across different verticals.
Built on an Agentic Enterprise Workflow framework, our platform integrates multi-modal AI capabilities text, vision, and audio into a unified enterprise-grade interface. This robust architecture, combined with an intuitive UI/UX and advanced tooling, enables organizations to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive operational efficiency at scale.
Transforming Finance
Three way matching: The following is a use case for retail, where we are using Generative AI stack to cut down the amount of manual data entry work in extracting information from invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders, and automatically comparing them in order to perform 3-way matching of the line items.
We use Generative AI to perform automated line-item extraction from Pos and Invoices and Dos, and then automatically compares them to flag out those items that do not match. Those that match are sent directly to the accounting system, while those that don’t match are flagged out to a human operator.
Our platform significantly reduces the time required to match Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, and Delivery Orders (DOs) even when they arrive separately at different times. Using advanced document classification, the system automatically identifies document types and links them to the correct customer, eliminating manual sorting.
Key benefits include:
- Faster data entry Automatically extracts and inputs key values from Invoices, POs, and DOs, reducing manual effort.
- Effortless 3-way matching – No more tedious cross-checking; the AI instantly verifies consistency across documents.
- Handwritten text recognition – Embedded OCR powered by Gen AI accurately interprets human handwriting, ensuring no data is overlooked.
By automating these processes, businesses minimize errors, accelerate approvals, and enhance operational efficiency.
Transforming Supply Chain
Computer vision-driven Inventory Tracking in Warehouses: Generative AI can also be used to count the number of cartons or parcels in a warehouse, or to extract the weightage on an industrial scale, simply from a photo triggered from the action of putting any weight on the weighing scale. This extracted information, from screenshots and photos, can be then directly fed into a record keeping system without human intervention, through REST API.
Key benefits include:
- Reduces time in manual data entry or logkeeping
- Reduces human error in data entry
- Raises any significant discrepancy in weight across multiple weigh-ins.
This can streamline supply chain operations by automatically creating replenishment schedules based on historical purchase data, typically uploaded via Excel. The AI analyzes past trends—such as recurring stock shortages in specific months—and anticipates future needs, generating production work orders within predefined reorder thresholds.
These replenishment sheets can be routed through human workflows for approval before reaching the manufacturing floor, improving inventory readiness and reducing the risk of stockouts. This approach enhances responsiveness to real-time demand shifts, minimizes manual data entry, and optimizes procurement processes.
Additionally, This platform enables the creation of a Generative AI-powered helpdesk bot for the distribution chain. This virtual assistant can address common inquiries from distributors or resellers, such as checking credit balances, retrieving order receipts, tracking shipments, and managing damaged goods claims. By providing instant, accurate responses, the AI bot significantly reduces the burden on the operations team, shortens response times, and enhances customer satisfaction across the distribution network.
Transforming Manufacturing Operations
Preventive Maintenance: Firstly, it is possible to generate an OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) report directly from periodic snapshots captured from a combination of telemetry data from panels of the actual machinery used on the production floor and the production output data. This data can be saved into the database whereupon a template for the OEE report is provided for which the OEE is then generated on the fly.
Based on the generated OEE report, it is even possible for the Generative AI to predict at which point the machinery might malfunction, thus enabling preventive maintenance to be done on the machines. This is shown in the diagram below.
Key benefits include:
- Allows for lessened downtime of machinery on the production floor.
- Upkeep Quality Assurance of the production line by ensuring the machinery used to produce the products are working in tip-top condition.
- Reduces manual human data entry required for logbook keeping on the production floor
Generative AI can also be utilized for effective management of permits and licenses by serving as a centralized repository for storing documentation issued by regulatory authorities—such as city production permits, ISO certifications, Halal certificates, and other production-floor approvals. The AI automatically extracts key data from scanned documents, eliminating the need for manual data entry. It ensures that critical details, such as permit numbers and expiry dates, are accurately captured and logged into the system.
Beyond storage, AI actively monitors the validity of each document and sends timely notifications to relevant personnel when a permit is nearing expiration. This proactive feature helps prevent lapses in regulatory compliance, ensuring uninterrupted business operations. As a result, companies benefit from reduced administrative workload, improved compliance oversight, and greater operational continuity.
Vision-based Quality & Safety Assurance
It is possible to attach angular cameras to take periodic snapshots for each item on an assembly line, and then assess the level of Quality based on the various snapshots taken. This is based on a provided guideline or baseline which trains Generative AI what to look out for. For instance, Generative AI can be trained to look out for blemishes on the color of the product, or even a discoloration of the product itself. It can also look out for differences in the final packaging. This taps on Reentry’s file comparison feature in order to do this.
Key benefits include:
- Improved Q&A process that is more consistent and can be more frequently done.
- Ability to scale Quality Assurance out beyond the number of hired humans to do this. A smaller team is only required to review the products flagged out by the Generative AI
- Reduces dependency on humans, which reduces human error from the QA process.
Production Schedule Optimizer
It is also possible to use Generative AI to create production schedules based on an initial set of conditions provided. For eg. A production floor manager could provide a list of functioning equipment, stock and quantity of raw materials, and the desired number of production runs, and the Generative AI is able to then create a complete production schedule, to be directly fed into the production floor control system, in order to optimize efficiency and output.
Production schedules that are created can even be routed on a workflow to the respective floor manager for approval before it is fed into the control systems.
Key benefits include:
- Optimizes production schedules using Generative AI especially in scenarios with many moving parts and levers. This reduces dependency on humans or a single person with a lot of accumulated experience where it may become an issue if that person leaves the company.
- Can provide production schedules that are consistent and take into account all potential scenarios in its assessment.
As the manufacturing landscape continues to evolve, adopting Generative AI is no longer a luxury but a necessity to remain competitive.
