WGS started November 2012 with something new and interesting. On 2 November, WGS held an internal sharing session with “User Interface for Mobile Development” as the chosen topic. The session talk and discuss about application as the product, developers as the producers and everything in between.

Initiated by the HRD team of WGS, the first session put Ari Fikri to the podium. As a well known ‘mobile master’, Ari Fikri brought the topic casually and humorously, bringing knowledge with his trademark style. He talked about user experience and interface in the mobile application development process, thoroughly and comprehensive.

As the pilot project, the first sharing session gained success. The training room in WGS HQ Jalan Karapitan was packed with enthusiastic participants, making it a very communicative and interactive session. The sole purpose of the #WGSshares session is to give a full grasp on what the company is all about. As WGS is a large company with many divisions, it’s always good to get a chance to gather and expand knowledge on the selected topics.

According to Arrie Sukma as HRD team’s representative, the session is scheduled as a routine. Seniors shares knowledge and experience to the underlings, and motivate the young fresh talent to continue creating and innovating.

So keep your heads up, because #WGSshares will be back with more juicy topics!
